What Skaters Are Saying
Having bounced from multiple physio’s and online programs I was struggling for answers to the constant knee pain I was in when skating and also day to day. Dans program has given me the confidence to once again push my skating without constantly being in pain or worried they won’t hold up.

After having a heavy slam skating I was diagnosed with a meniscus tear and bone bruising. Dans knee program was able to keep me away from surgery and get me back to skating pain free in record time. Most importantly the level system he uses allowed me to build confidence in the knee for when I returned. Now I am back and feeling stronger then ever I don’t even notice the knee was ever an issue.

Working with Dan has been incredibly helpful. I’ve worked with trainers/PTs/ATs in the past and, while they’re helpful with general knowledge of the body, they didn't know anything about the demands of skateboarding. Then, because they didn’t know skateboarding, it led me to be less confident and trusting of the exercises and programs they would prescribe me. All that was out the window with Dans program. He made me feel comfortable and confident in his programming because we could speak the same language when talking about skating. The entire time working with Dan, he was extremely attentive, positive, empathetic, and knowledgeable about anything I threw his way. I was suffering from knee and Achilles issues and he helped me resolve all of it. I would recommend Dans program ten times over.

I have been a skateboarder for 25 years, having just entered my 40s.
Unfortunately I seriously injured myself and underwent an ACL reconstruction surgery. Dan supported my physiotherapy routine building a whole strengthening program around it. After a year of attentive personalised training I can happily say that I’m back on the board and literally in the best shape I’ve ever been in.
Can’t thank Dan enough. Extremely recommended! (Specially if you think being a older means your skate days are over, trust me, they are not!)

Working with Dan has been a game-changer for me! After years of struggling with knee pain and seeing no results from various physios and random online workouts, Dan helped me fix it for good.
Plus, the way he prepares structures the programs will keep you hyped in a way that you won't skip training days anymore.
If you are willing to put in the work to be on your board for a long time, Dan is def the one to guide you through this process.

You’ve Tried to Push Through. It’s Not Working.
That knee pain you’ve been ignoring for way too long is robbing you of your time on the board.
You’re avoiding tricks because your knee’s not trustworthy.
And now? It’s bleeding into your day-to-day life.
You search for answers, only to be met with:
— Confusing rehab programs that don’t deliver
— Overpriced PT sessions from practitioners who don’t skate
— And a feeling that no one *really* gets what your knee needs on the board

This Isn’t Rehab. It’s a Comeback Plan.
With its revolutionary tier-phase programming and delivery through the Skateboard Strength App, this program gives you more than just exercises, it gives you a system.
You’ll get full video demonstrations and a clear path to follow, so you’re never left guessing what to do or when to do it.
Most importantly?
It’s designed to build your confidence and capacity over time, getting you back on the board feeling stronger, more stable, and ready to skate at your best.

The Skateboard Strength Difference
This program goes beyond just getting rid of knee pain.
It’s not rehab—it’s a reset button.
It rebuilds your body, restores your confidence, and sets you up to:
✅ Lock landings instead of second-guessing every trick
✅ Stack clips instead of sitting out sessions
✅ Skate longer, harder, and with way more confidence
This isn’t about temporary relief.
It’s about unlocking a level of strength, control, and self-trust you thought was gone.
Because when your knees hold up, everything else levels up too.

This program is designed to meet you where you're at and covers the most common knee issues skaters face; ACL, meniscus, jumper’s knee, and more.
While it’s not a replacement for medical care or post-surgery rehab, it provides a structured path to rebuild confidence, strength, and performance, especially when you’re ready to get back on the board.
For best results, it's recommended to have some kind of load like dumbbells.
That said, it’s not necessary to get started, the program includes progressions you can do with bodyweight if that’s all you’ve got.
Yes! You’ll get access to the private group chat inside the app, where you can ask questions, get feedback, and connect with other skaters doing the program. It’s a built-in support crew to keep you moving forward.
Whether you're rehabbing from an injury or just tired of nagging pain during sessions, this program is for skaters of all levels. You’ll be guided through a tier-based system that adapts to where you’re at right now, and where you want to be.
That’s exactly why this was built. Most programs aren’t made for the demands of skating. This one is. It’s structured, skater-tested, and built around how we actually move, so it makes sense and gets results.
Yes, this program requires a dumbbell and single resistance band but can be done at home withe ease.
